Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on July 11, 2019, found that We're There Home Health Care, LLC, had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of Title 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a State re-licensure survey completed on March 13, 2019.

Code, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a State re-licensure survey completed on March 13, 2019.
